How do I meet the driver at the airport?

Sao Paulo Airports are chaotic, follow the pick-up procedure: Collect your luggage and pass through customs. After that, you will see several drivers holding signboards at a very disorganized arrivals hall. Be patient and look for your name (this may take a couple of minutes due to the lack of order).

How do I meet the driver at Cruise Port?

Santos Cruise Port is chaotic. That’s why we work with a meeting point to avoid misunderstandings. Take note that disembarking can take long. Your assigned driver will be waiting with a signboard showing passenger’s name at EXIT GATE 3. Be patient and look for him (this may take a couple of minutes due to the lack of order).

Please, be prudent while choosing pick-up time from Cruise Port. Note that during summer is common that multiple cruises dock on the same date/time. Disembarking is chaotic and slow. Delays are very usual.

How long does it take to go from one airport to the other?

The ride between the 2 Sao Paulo Airports (GRU and CGH) takes between one and one and a half driving time, and during rush hours it might be significantly more. We suggest a minimum of 3 or 4 hours between flights to make a connection between airports. If you are connecting with Viracpos Airport (VCP) be aware that the distance by road is more than 100 km. Be prudent about leaving a log window of time for connections.

How long it takes to travel between Airports and Cruise Port?

The ride between Sao Paulo Airports and Santos Cruise Port takes between two and two and a half hours of driving time. During rush hours might be more. Its a 120 KM drive .Be prudent about leaving a log window of time for connections.

What will happen if there is a delay on my flight?

What’s the pickup time when going to the Airport?

You will be able to decide the pick-up time from your hotel on the booking form. We suggest not less than 3 or 4 hours prior to your flight scheduled departing time.
